How to Enter a Live Show

Arena hosts a variety of live streamed events. You can purchase tickets to these shows online through the event page. Once you have purchased a ticket, please follow these instructions to enter the show.

1. Open your ticket purchase email from Arena.TV. Click on the Ticket Code (1) or the Event page link (2) located in the body of the email. 

2. Click Claim Your Ticket.

3. Enter your email address (1) and your ticket code (2) found in your ticket purchase email, then click Validate Ticket (3). If you are a registered Arena user and purchased a ticket to the event you do not need to claim your ticket, you just need to Log In (4) with your Arena username and password and you will be granted access to the show once it begins.

4. Once the show has started, click Enter the Arena on the Event page to join the show.
